Login Activities

The login activities provide a complete log of all login attempts for an employee, including IP address, device and browser, geographic location, timestamp (UTC), and the result of each attempt. If an administrator logged in as the employee, this is shown in the "Performed by" column.

Status Types

Successful logins are shown as "Login successful" or "Login successful (2FA)" when two-factor authentication was used. Failed attempts include "Account deactivated" (access denied due to locked account), "Email not verified" (login blocked due to missing verification), and "Incorrect password". Admin impersonation is logged as "Logged in as [Name]".

Retention Period

Login activities are automatically deleted after 30 days. The history therefore only shows the activities of the last 30 days.
