Documents

This article describes the Documents tab in the employee profile, where you can store and manage all employee-related documents.

Documents are organized into categories. Each category groups related document types together for easy navigation.

Document Categories

Uploading Documents

To upload a document, open the desired category and click Upload document. In the upload dialog, you can drag and drop a file or select one manually. Allowed formats are PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, DOC/DOCX, and XLS/XLSX up to 5 MB.

You then enter a name, select the category, month, and year, and optionally add a comment.

Permissions

Access to documents is controlled through the role-based permissions system. Only users with the appropriate rights for the Documents tab can view, upload, or delete documents.
