Analytics

The Analytics dashboard provides comprehensive insights into four main areas: Employees, Demographics, Attendance, and Absence. All data is updated daily — the current status is displayed directly in the dashboard.

Employees

Shows the current headcount, number of active teams, departments, and locations. Charts include employee development over the last 12 months, distribution by location, team, and department, as well as a status overview (Active, Onboarding, Leave, Inactive).

Demographics

Shows average tenure in years, average age, and the diversity index (gender distribution in percent). Charts include gender distribution, distribution by years of service, and age groups.

Attendance

Shows average daily hours per employee, active projects with booked hours, the share of terminal bookings, and the overtime rate. Charts include the monthly hours trend, hours by weekday, top booking types, project hours distribution, and terminal usage by department.

Absence

Shows the most common absence type, the current and average absence rate, and the average capacity for the next 26 weeks. Charts include the absence rate trend, a capacity forecast, absences by department and type, unavailable capacity, and the impact of pending absences.
