General

Configure the general settings for time conversion and payouts under Settings > Attendance & Absence > Time Conversion & Payouts > General.

This is where you enable or disable the payout function system-wide. When enabled, employees can request to convert their overtime into monetary payments. You can define the minimum and maximum number of hours per request and whether approval by a time manager or deputy is required before a payout is processed.

Optionally, you can restrict payouts to overtime from specific booking identifiers only. When this restriction is active, only overtime recorded under the selected identifiers is eligible for payout. You can also choose whether surcharges earned under allowed identifiers should always be included in the payout, or whether surcharges should follow the same identifier restrictions as regular overtime.
