Manage Events

Plan and manage company events under Settings > Event Management > Manage Events. The events module enables central planning of company events such as onboarding events, Christmas parties, summer festivals, or team events. Employees are automatically notified and can confirm their attendance. They only see events they are invited to.

Creating an Event

When creating an event, you enter a name, date, start and end time, and a description. You choose the event type — on-site (at a company location or external address), online (virtual via Teams, Zoom, etc.), or hybrid (combination of both). Then you define the target audience: all employees, specific employees, or entire departments.

Participant Status

After creation, the event overview shows all details along with the participant status. Each invited person can respond with accepted, declined, tentative, or leave the invitation unanswered. Administrators see real-time updates on participant numbers and can export the participant list.
