Groups

Define teams responsible for onboarding and offboarding tasks.

Overview

Groups determine who can complete onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees. Each group can consist of any number of people.

Create Group

Basic Data

  • Name: Group designation (e.g., "HR Team", "IT Administrators")
  • Description: Optional for additional information

Assign Members

Available People

  • List of all employees in the system
  • With email address for identification

Selected People

  • Members of this group
  • Click to select

Usage

Groups are assigned to:

  • Onboarding steps
  • Offboarding steps
  • As responsible parties for tasks

Example Groups

  • HR Team: For administrative tasks
  • IT Support: For technical setup
  • Managers: For training tasks
  • Facility Management: For workspace topics

Important Notes

Notifications

Group members are automatically notified about assigned tasks on the homepage.
