Overview
Groups determine who can complete onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees. Each group can consist of any number of people.
Create Group
Basic Data
- Name: Group designation (e.g., "HR Team", "IT Administrators")
- Description: Optional for additional information
Assign Members
Available People
- List of all employees in the system
- With email address for identification
Selected People
- Members of this group
- Click to select
Usage
Groups are assigned to:
- Onboarding steps
- Offboarding steps
- As responsible parties for tasks
Example Groups
- HR Team: For administrative tasks
- IT Support: For technical setup
- Managers: For training tasks
- Facility Management: For workspace topics
Important Notes
Notifications
Group members are automatically notified about assigned tasks on the homepage.
