Enhanced login security through two-factor authentication and suspicious login verification.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication for All Users

When enabled, two-factor authentication becomes mandatory for all users.

How It Works

When activated, every user will see a prompt to set up 2FA:

  • At next login
  • When visiting a new page in the system
  • Users cannot proceed until 2FA is activated

Login Process with 2FA

Two-factor authentication is done via Authenticator App:

  1. Normal login - Enter username and password
  2. Authenticator code - Enter code from the authenticator app
  3. Access granted - After successful verification

Suspicious Login Verification

This feature is always active and cannot be disabled. It automatically sends a confirmation code via email for logins from:

  • New devices
  • New locations/IP addresses
