Permission Sets
Configure permission sets under Settings > People > Roles & Permissions > Permission Sets. Permission sets are additional permission packages that can be assigned to employees on top of their role to extend their access rights for specific areas.
While a role defines the base permissions for a user, permission sets allow you to grant additional permissions without having to create a separate role. This is useful when certain employees need extra access to specific modules that go beyond their standard role.
Creating a Permission Set
To create a new permission set, click Create new permission set, enter a name and description, and configure the desired additional permissions. The permission structure is the same as for roles.
Permission sets are assigned to employees in their profile under the Role & Permissions tab.
