Company Documents

Manage company-wide documents under Settings > People > Documents > Company Documents. This area allows you to upload documents and distribute them to multiple employees at once, rather than uploading them individually to each employee profile.

To upload a new document, click Add document and either select a file or drag it into the upload area. Supported formats are PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, DOC/DOCX, and XLS/XLSX with a maximum size of 5 MB. Enter a name (up to 100 characters), select a category, and optionally add a description (up to 500 characters).

You then choose the recipients for the document. Documents can be shared with all employees or targeted to specific groups: by department, specific employees, company entity, cost center, or position. If you enable the notification option, all selected recipients receive a notification about the new document.

Uploaded company documents appear in the Documents tab of each recipient's employee profile alongside their individual documents.
