Locations

Manage your company locations under Settings > Company > Locations. You can create up to 1,000 locations. The overview table shows all locations with their address, state, country, whether it is the main location, and the number of assigned employees.

When creating or editing a location, you enter the street, house number, postal code, city, and country. After selecting a country, the available states or provinces are shown automatically. You can also set a currency, time zone, and mark the location as the main location. Optionally, a location image can be uploaded (max. 5 MB, formats: JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF) for visual display in employee profiles.

The state of a location determines which public holidays apply to all employees assigned to that location. This is important for accurate holiday calculations and time tracking.

Multiple locations can be created efficiently via the Location Import.
