Entities

Manage your company entities under Settings > Company > Entities. Entities represent the legal companies within your organization. You can create up to 50 entities.

Each entity has a name and can be designated as the main entity. The detail view shows the number of employees assigned to the entity and is divided into three sections.

Under Details, you can enter the company name, legal form, country, commercial register number, and industry. Under Contact Information, you store the entity's email address and phone number.

The Business Address section contains the street, house number, postal code, city, and state. By default, the postal address matches the business address. If the postal address differs from the business address, you can uncheck this option and enter a separate postal address with address type, recipient, address supplement (e.g., c/o, floor, entrance), street, house number, postal code, city, and state.

Entities are assigned to employees in their profile and can be used as a filter criterion when distributing company documents or generating reports.
