Payment Details
Manage your payment methods under Settings > Subscription & Billing > Payment Details. The available payment methods are credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and SEPA direct debit for EU bank accounts. You can store up to 5 payment methods, and one must be set as the default for the next billing.
If a payment fails, automatic retry attempts are made — immediately, after 3 days, and after 7 days. You receive an email notification after each failed attempt. Ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to avoid late fees and account suspension.
