Design

Customize the visual appearance of your Emplovia application under Settings > Personalization > Design. All changes take effect immediately for all users and allow you to align the application with your corporate identity.

Company Logos

Upload your company logos to display them throughout the application. Recommended file formats are PNG, JPG, or SVG, with an optimal size of 200x50 pixels and a maximum file size of 2 MB.

Colors

The accent color defines the primary color used for interactive elements like buttons, checkboxes, links, and active menu items (default: blue). The header background color determines the color of the top navigation bar (default: white) — choose a color with good contrast to your logo.

Sidebar Appearance

Configure the appearance of the left navigation sidebar. You can choose between a solid or semi-transparent sidebar. The semi-transparent option applies a glass effect to both the sidebar and the header. Additionally, you can select a custom sidebar color and decide whether it is used as a full background color for the entire sidebar or only as an accent color for active elements.

Homepage Background

Customize the background of the employee homepage by uploading your own image, selecting from a library of predefined images, or choosing a solid background color. When using a background image, you can enable the blur option to apply a soft blur effect to the background image overlay.
