Team Calendar
The team calendar gives you an overview of absences within your team and department. You can access it from the sidebar, provided your company has enabled this feature.
The calendar displays all team members and their absences in a timeline view, making it easy to see who is available and who is out of office on any given day.
Custom Calendars
In addition to the default team and department calendars, you can create up to 5 custom calendars. This allows you to group specific colleagues together — for example, for a project team or a cross-departmental working group — and keep track of their availability in one place.
To create a custom calendar, click New calendar, give it a name, and add the employees you want to include.
