Surveys

From time to time, your company may invite you to participate in surveys to gather feedback on various topics. Surveys can cover areas such as employee satisfaction, team climate, or organizational improvements.

Survey Invitations

When you are invited to a survey, you receive a notification in your postbox within Emplovia. Depending on the configuration, you may also receive an email invitation with a direct link to the survey.

Confidentiality

Before you begin a survey, the system clearly indicates whether the survey is confidential or anonymous. In a confidential survey, your responses are visible to the survey creator but treated as confidential. In an anonymous survey, your identity is not linked to your answers — the results are evaluated without any reference to individual participants.

Participation

Click on the survey link in your notification or email to open the survey. Answer the questions and submit your responses when you are done. Once submitted, your answers cannot be changed.

If a survey has a deadline, you can see the remaining time before the survey closes. Make sure to submit your responses before the deadline.
